Dear Polish Film Fans:
It is now that time for us to close yet another exciting edition of the
Seattle Polish Film Festival. This year we have featured some of the
best in Polish cinema. To recount, our two screenings of “Ancient Tale”,
attended by the legendary director Jerzy Hoffman and producer Jerzy
Michaluk, were a resounding success, with both screenings selling out.
The comprehensive poster exhibit, centered on the Polish film festival
in Gdynia, proved to be a popular and fascinating stop for filmgoers.
Additionally, our film selection this year featured some of the latest
and greatest Polish films, along with a 1969 classic by Krzysztof
Zanussi. We would like to thank all of our filmgoers for making this
edition of the Seattle Polish Film Festival one of the most popular and
eventful in years. To learn more about the Seattle-Gdynia Sister City
Association, the producer of the Film Festival, please visit
www.SeattleGdynia.org
or attend one of its monthly meetings.
We look forward to seeing you and your family and friends at next year’s
Festival. To keep up to date on all of our film-related events, please
join our newsletter, if you have not already done so.
Yours truly,
Krys Koper
