Expecting Love

(Mała wielka miłość)

Ian is a wealthy, accomplished attorney practicing in California. His life is one big party. Joanna is a student from Warsaw who decides to go on vacation to Los Angeles, where she begins to work as a waitress. Shortly thereafter she meets Ian. They are automatically attracted to one another, and have a one-night-stand. Ian quickly realizes that he has feelings for his one time lover Joanna, and searches her out. One day Joanna accidentally overhears a conversation Ian has with his girlfriend from California, and she urges him to return home to her. As it turns out, upon returning home, Ian faces much unfinished business. He loses his job, and mounting problems await him.
