The Perfect Afternoon

Mikołaj, his girlfriend Anna, and their business partner Krzysiek, are the owners of a small publishing company, located in the suburb of Gliwice. Mikołaj and Anna are getting married in a couple of days. But the young couple is not in a festive mood. After the commercial failure of their first book, they are frantically searching for potentially successful material. They are hoping for Anna's parents financial support. Teresa, Mikołaj’s mother, who lives in Warsaw, is visited by her ex-husband. He insists they go together to the wedding ceremony. After some deliberation, Teresa agrees. Traveling together to Gliwice could give them a chance to reunite.
