Brother (Brat)

"Brother" is a moving story about a woman and a family put to the test in a world of violence, unfulfilled ambitions, and mounting chaos. Fourteen-year-old Dawid takes care of his younger brother and tries to live up to his mother's expectations as she tries to break free from a toxic past and start over, without her husband, who is behind bars. Although the boy has talent and strength, it becomes increasingly difficult for him to stay in control amid a daily life stretched between school, home, and the street. Everything becomes even more complicated when Konrad enters their lives, the only adult Dawid truly trusts. But this is only the beginning of turbulent events that could ultimately tear this family apart... or save it.
