Dry Summer In Dry Valley (Atrakcyjny pozna panią)

Stasio Tuchala, an elderly bachelor living in Sucha Wólka (Dry Wolka), is alone after his sister leaves for America. He soon becomes very lonely and has difficulty running his farm. His friends, Waclaw and Henryk, decided to find him a wife. They find three candidates, including two housewives and an Ukrainian woman, but Stasio only wants a girl he saw on a magazine cover. As a result Stasio and his friends place an ad in a newspaper; but it is not a realistic endeavor – Stasio is not a handsome and wealthy man. In the meantime a village mayor wrongs Mokry – a leader of the gang from the neighboring village of Mokra Wólka (Wet Wolka). Expecting retaliation, the villagers take action.
