A young Vietnamese woman named Mai Ahn illegally crosses over to Poland through the green border. She has to make it to Warsaw, where her fiancé awaits, as does better life. Her journey through Poland proves to be a journey through hell, humiliation and violence. She is able to escape the brutal grasp of her transporter and attempts to make it to Warsaw on her own.
