Chaos reigns throughout the holiday season in the seedy underbelly of the department store world, where the masses flood cash registers. During this feast of consumption, the petty thief is king, and no matter the security, something always goes missing. In Maciej Żak’s new film "Supermarket", a private security firm unites as sworn protectors of consumerism, on a mission to stop Christmas crooks by any means necessary. It all takes place under the watchful eye of their leader Mr. Jasminski (Marian Dziędziel), who declares that a swift and unceremonious firing will be punishment for allowing anything out the door. Ultimately, the losses suffered by the store are so disastrous that the problem must be dealt with…once and for all.
