2014 SPFF guestsWe are excited to announce the 2014 SPFF guests. Legendary Polish director Krzysztof Zanussi; up-and-coming actor Marcin Włodarski; star of many of this year's films Julia Kijowska; winner of the 2014 Golden Space Needle Award: Best Actor at SIFF for his role in Life Feels Good Dawid Ogrodnik; talented Katarzyna Śmiechowicz and a debuting director and screenwriter Filip Dzierżawski.

Martin Scorsese Presents: Masterpieces of Polish Cinema Jun. 15

Martin Scorsese Presents: Masterpieces of Polish Cinema We are excited to announce a partnership with Northwest Film Forum in bringing to Seattle Martin Scorsese Presents: Masterpieces of Polish Cinema. A selection of 21 restored classic Polish films curated by Martin Scorsese.

Eight critically acclaimed films, including Pharaoh, Mother Joan of Angels and Eroica will screen at Northwest Film Forum July 7-10. Additional classics of Polish cinema will be shown in the week before the 22nd Annual Seattle Polish Film Festival on October 6-9.
